How information is collected and used
1. Information we collect
Vodivus may collect the information you provide directly, including your name, email address, project details, links, scheduling selections, and any notes submitted through intake or consultation flows.
2. How we use it
Submitted information is used to evaluate fit, respond to inquiries, schedule conversations, prepare recommendations, and support project delivery. It may also be used for internal operational review and service improvement.
3. Scheduling and third-party tools
Consultation scheduling may be handled through third-party tools such as Calendly. When you use those tools, their privacy practices also apply to the information you submit through their interfaces.
4. Communications
If you contact Vodivus or submit an intake, we may respond by email or other direct communication methods related to your request. We do not use that contact as permission to send unrelated promotional spam.
5. Data retention
Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for inquiry handling, delivery, recordkeeping, and operational review, unless a longer retention period is required for legal, contractual, or accounting reasons.
6. Sharing
Vodivus does not sell submitted personal information. Information may be shared only with trusted service providers or collaborators when needed to operate the site, schedule meetings, or support delivery.
7. Security
Reasonable steps are taken to protect submitted information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
8. Your choices
If you want to request correction or deletion of information you submitted, contact Vodivus directly through the main intake or contact flow and include enough detail to identify the request.
9. Policy updates
This policy may be updated as the site, tools, or service workflows evolve. The current version on this page governs at the time of use.
